How can we create a meaningful and fulfilling year even through life’s ups and down’s?

If you want to want to forego your usual January – blues and make 2016 a year to remember, this workshop is for you!

Our day together is about being curious about who we are being as we are trying to create change in our lives.

It is about how we can make nurturing choices for our mind, body and heart in the year ahead, based on what truly matters to us.

How to have a great New Year isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass – it is about learning to dance in the rain!

Arrive with an open mind, a willingness to share, a pen and notebook. Leave with a vision for your brand new year that resonates deeply with you.

In order to create a safe, warm and creative space to learn and grow, the maximum number of participants in this workshop will be 12.

Emily is a life-coach, creative consultant and workshop leader with experience of living and working across different countries and cultures. She helps people and organisations to develop helpful ways of being and relating by connecting them with what truly matters to them, asking powerful questions and challenging the status quo.
