This workshop explores the idea of fulfilment – how we might define it and how it relates to feelings such as happy or sad.
We will be digging deep to remember what is truly important to us, beyond what we think is expected of us from family, friends and society, and evaluate to what extent we honour this in our lives.
How could life be different if we allow ourselves to be and do more of what makes us feel completely alive? What would it take to be fulfilled, today?
The session includes several self-reflection exercises mixed with discussions and food for thought. We will develop resolutions for the coming year and beyond, and think about what will sustain us as we move forward and make changes to our lives.
